摘 要:市场环境的快速多变,要求制造系统能够快速重构适应市场变化。为了使机器人制造单元控制系统具有可重构性,首先以组件技术和制造报文规范(MMS)中的VMD对象模型为基础,提出适应动态重构的通用VMD组件模型,并以此为核心构建机器人制造单元混合控制体系结构。然后设计基于Web Services和MMS的制造设备通信模型解决异构设备之间通信,构建基于Web服务的软件体系结构,并采用面向对象统一建模语言对制造系统进行设计,最后通过原型系统的开发,验证以Web服务和MMS为基础的制造系统的动态重构性。Due to fast changing market environment, manufacturing system was required to be recontlg- ured dynamically to adapt to the change of the market. Firstly,in order to make control system of robot- ized manufacturing cell provided with the characteristic of reconfiguration, a model of the general VMD component, based on component technology and Virtual Manufacturing Device(VMD) object model of Manufacturing Message Specification(MMS) ,was proposed to support control system of dynamic recon- figuration. And a hybrid control architecture of robotized manufacturing cell was constructed. Secondly, the model of manufacturing equipment based on Web Services and MMS was designed to solve the com- munication between heterogeneous equipments, control system software architecture based on Web Serv- ices was presented,and the control system was designed by using the object -oriented Unified Modeling Language(UML). Finally, a prototype system was developed to testify dynamic reconfiguration of con- trol system based on Web service and MMS.
