摘  要:通过分析国内外相关设备的结构形式及其性能特点,根据接触式数控鞋楦扫描机的功能要求,设计了数控鞋楦扫描机床总体结构;文章重点分析了其定位与旋转机构、接触式扫描机构、拖板驱动机构等机床关键部件的结构组成、功能作用及设计要点,经生产应用验证,该设备结构合理、动作可靠,工作性能稳定。Through collecting and analyzing structure of domestic and foreign related equipment and its performance characteristics, and according to the performance requirements of the contact CNC shoe Last scanning machine, the work principle of the machine was designed, then the overall structure scheme of the machine tool was determined. In this paper, the structure, function and design essentials of machine key components such as positioning and rotating mechanism, contact scanning mechanism, carriage driv- ing mechanism were analyzed. The whole machine structure has been designed finally. Proved by appli- cation, the equipment has reasonable structure, reliable operation, stable working performance.
