摘　　要：从马斯洛需要层次理论入手,系统分析了医患双方各层次的需要,并对医患双方的需要的一致性和矛盾性进行分析,提出了改善医患关系,共同实现双方需要的可行性途径。This paper analyzed physicians＇ and patients＇ needs at various levels systematically through the hierarchy of needs theory and analyzed the consistency and conflict on both physicians＇ and patients＇ needs. It also put forward the feasible approach to improve physician-patient relationship as well as meet needs of both sides.
