摘  要:利用水热法制备了Fe掺杂ZnS的纳米线.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、扫描电显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析了Fe掺杂对样品的结构和形貌的影响;利用紫外可见近红外分光光度计(UV-VIS)、共聚焦显微拉曼—荧光光谱仪(PL)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的光学特性进行表征.结果表明,样品为六角纤锌矿结构,Fe成功掺入ZnS晶格中,形成替位式掺杂.随着Fe掺杂浓度的增加,样品的吸收峰出现蓝移且发光强度逐渐减弱.掺杂后的样品在室温下呈现了铁磁性.Abstraet:Fe doped ZnS nanowires were prepared by hydrothermal method. The effect of the Fe content on the structure and morphology of samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy ( EDS), scanning electric microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope ( TEM ), and the optical properties were studied by neams of ultraviolet visible near infrared spectrophotometer ( UV-VIS), confocal microscopic Raman-fluorescence spectrometer (PL) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that the Fe doped ZnS nanowires possess hexagonal wurtzite structure, and Fe atom is as a substitute atom. With increasing the Fe content, the samples exhibit that the absorption peaks appear blue-shift and the luminous intensity changes weakness. The Fe doped ZnS samples show ferromagnetic property at room temperature. Key words: hydrothermal method ; Fe doped ZnS nanomaterials ; Nanowires ; ferromag netism ; optical properties
