摘　　要：全球气候谈判处境尴尬,世界各国面对全球变暖问题普遍失语。一个无法回避的问题是,全球道德金律是否真实地存在?如果存在的话,究竟是具有逻辑意义的存在,抑或是具有实践性的张力?本文认为,在气候问题领域内,道德金律如果要实现可能性与现实性,就必须经历从理解转向接受,最终跨越"国家理性"原则的过程。Global climate negotiation fell into an awkward position, and all countries are speechless when they are facing with global warming. Has there a really gdden rule is an inevtable problem, If there has, what on earth it is, existence of logical meaning or tension of practicalness. This paper holds that, as far as climate issues are concerned, in order to be possibility and reality,golden rule must go through the process from understanding to reception, and finally across ＂reason of state＂.
