摘 要:目的探讨T淋巴细胞对BalB/C小鼠坐骨神经损伤后再生的影响。方法选择6周龄BalB/C小鼠(处理组)及BalB/C裸小鼠(对照组)各15只,所有动物均建立左坐骨神经切割伤动物模型,造成5mm神经缺损,以直径0.8mm的硅胶管进行桥接。于术后第90天通过坐骨神经功能指数(sciatic nerve functional index,SFI)、左坐骨神经神经传导速度(nerve conduction velocity,NCV)、腰脊髓前角运动神经元计数、左坐骨神经再生神经轴突数量、左腓肠肌湿重检测,探讨T淋巴细胞对坐骨神经再生的影响。结果术后第90天,处理组SFI恢复率〔(84.21±1.01)%〕高于对照组〔(73.75±1.03)%〕(P=0.000),NCV〔(25.59±1.26)m/s〕高于对照组〔(19.21±0.61)m/s〕(P=0.000),腰脊髓前角运动神经元数量〔(19.6±1.67)个〕多于对照组〔(13.8±0.84)个〕(P=0.000),左坐骨腓肠肌湿重恢复率〔(63.64±1.93)%〕高于对照组〔(48.56±2.37)%〕(P=0.000),再生轴突数量〔(5981±478)个/cm〕多于对照组〔(3108±395)个/cm〕(P=0.000)。结论 T淋巴细胞在BalB/C小鼠坐骨神经损伤后促进神经再生。Objective To explore the influence of T lymphocytes on nerve generation after sciatic nerve injury.Methods Treated group:15 BalB/C mice; Control group:15 BalB/C nude mice.A 5 mm-defect in left sciatic nerve was cut and bridged with silica tube.The following parameters were measured:sciatic nerve functional index (SFI),nerve conduction velocity (NCV),amount of motoneuron of anterior horn of lumbar spinal cord,amount of axons of regenerative nerve,thickness of myelin and wet weight of gastrocnemius on day 90 post-injury.Results On day 90 post-injury,the results of SFI recovery rate,NCV,amount of motoneurons of anterior horn of lumbar spinal cord,amount of axons of regenerative nerve,wet weight of gastrocnemius in the treated group were (84.21±1.01)%,(25.59±1.26) m/s,19.6±1.67,5981±478/cm,(63.64±1.93)%,and the results of the control group were (73.75 ± 1.03) %,(19.21 ± 0.61) m/s,13.8 ± 0.84,3108 ± 395/cm,(48.56±2.37)%,the differences were significant respectivly (P=0.000).Conclusions T lymphocytes can promote sciatic nerve regeneration in post-injury BalB/C mice.
