梁平县农户农地流转问题研究

摘　　要：以重庆市梁平县为研究区域,从农地流转形式、流转主体、流转效益、流转协议、流转期限等角度讨论了农地流转的现状与特点,从农户家庭基本状况、农户家庭经济情况、粮食安全与社会保障状况等方面探讨了影响农户农地流转意愿的制约因素,针对问卷调研的计量分析结论,构建了提高农村劳动力素质、促进农村劳动力转移、完善农村社会保障体系、宣传和落实流转政策、健全农地流转市场等推进梁平县农地流转的对策建议。Liangping County of Chongqing City is taken as the area for study to deal with the current status and characteristics of rural land circulation in the regards of modes, subjects, benefits, agreements, and periods. Meanwhile the factors restraining farmers＇ willingness for land circulation are explored in terms of conditions and economy of farmer households, food security and social securi- ty. According to the econometric analysis conclusions from questionnaire survey, the countermeasures to accelerate rural land circu- lation in Liangping County are proposed as follows, improving rural labor quality, .promoting rural labor transfer, perfecting rural so- cial security system, publicizing and implementing the policy of rural land and developing rural land circulation market.
