Research on information sharing of the supply chain partners in wood processing industry

摘　　要：木材加工业供应链伙伴信息共享的内容有4个维度:作业信息、策略信息、利润信息及物流信息;通过问卷调查分析木材加工业供应链伙伴信息共享现状,调查结果说明作业信息、策略信息和物流信息共享程度较高,利润信息共享程度较低;最后提出建立木材加工业供应链联盟、建立激励机制和建设公共信息平台等措施加强木材加工业供应链伙伴信息共享。Wood processing industry supply chain is made up of wood resource suppliers, wood processing enterprises, wood prod- ucts distributors and the end users. Information sharing of the supply chain partners in wood processing industry includes four dimen- sions： job information, policy information, profit information and logistics information. Through the questionnaire survey, the cur- rent information sharing of the supply chain paaners in wood processing industry is investigated. The results of the survey show that among the supply chain partners in wood processing industry, job information, policy information, and logistics information sharing degrees are higher, profit information sharing degree is lower. And in view of the existing problems, the measures to strengthen in- formation sharing of the supply chain partners in wood processing industry are proposed as follows： setting up an alliance of supply chain in wood processing industry, an encouragement mechanism and a communication approach.
