成都市温江区肺癌发病率和死亡率调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析成都市温江区肺癌的发病率和死亡率,为制定肺癌的科学防治策略提供指导。方法整理成都市温江区疾病预防控制中心2008-2010年肺癌的发病资料和死亡资料,统计和分析肺癌发病和死亡病例数、粗发病率和死亡率、中国标化发病率和死亡率、世界标化发病率和死亡率等指标。结果成都市温江区2008-2010年肺癌粗发病率为32.65/10万,其中男性39.62/10万,女性25.56/10万。粗死亡率为19.05/10万,其中男性22.31/10万,女性15.43/10万。男性肺癌的发病率居恶性肿瘤发病率的第一位,女性居第二位。男性肺癌的死亡率居恶性肿瘤的第一位,女性居第四位。结论肺癌是严重危害温江居民的恶性肿瘤,但总体上温江区肺癌发病率和死亡率较低,男性和中老年是肺癌防治的重点对象。Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence and mortality of lung cancer in Wenjiang District and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of lung cancer.Methods The data of new lung cancer eases and lung cancer death cases from Wenjiang District CDC during 2008-2010 were collected.The total number of the incidence and deaths of lung cancer,the crude incidence and mortality,the China age-adjusted incidence and mortality,the world age-adjusted incidence and mortality were analyzed.Results The crude incidence and crude mortality of lung cancer in Wenjiang District from 2008 to 2010 were 32.65/100,000 （39.62/100,000 in males and 25.56/100,000 in females） and 19.05/100,000 （22.31/100,000 in males and 15.43/100,000 in females）,respectively.The incidence rates of lung cancer of the males and the females ranked the first and the second places among the incidence of malignant tumors,respectively.The mortality rates of lung cancer of the males and the females ranked the first and the fourth places among the deaths of malignant tumors,respectively.Conclusions Lung cancer is a malignant tumor which is seriously harmful to the health of the residents in Wenjiang District,but the incidence and mortality of lung cancer in Wenjiang District are lower on the whole.Males and the elderly are the focus of prevention and treatment of lung cancer.
