TopoⅡα在乳腺癌组织中表达及其与蒽环类药物敏感性的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨拓扑异构酶Ⅱα(TopoⅡα)在乳腺癌组织中表达及其与蒽环类药物化疗敏感性的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法对68例乳腺癌患者组织石蜡标本进行TopoⅡα表达的检测,并对其表达状态与蒽环类药物疗效的相关性进行统计学分析。结果 TopoⅡα阳性患者蒽环类化疗疗效高于阴性患者(P<0.05),蒽环类抗肿瘤药物化疗有效患者中TopoⅡα阳性率高,而含蒽环类药物化疗方案化疗疗效与TopoⅡα表达无相关性。结论 TopoⅡα可作为评估乳腺癌的生物学行为及其预后、预测蒽环类药物对于化疗的敏感程度的指标。Objective To investigate expression of topoisomerase Ⅱ alpha（TnpoⅡα） in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with anthraeycline ehemosensitivity. Methods Expression of Topo Ⅱα in 68 eases of breast cancer paraffin specimen were detected by immunohistoehemistry （IHC） staining and its relationship with anthraeyeline sensitivity were analyzed by statistics. Results Efficacy of anthraeyeline in the Topo Ⅱα positive group was higher than that of the Topo Ⅱα negative group, P 〈 0.05. Patients who responded to anthraeycline antineoplastie drugs had high expression of Topo Ⅱα, while efficacy of anthraeycline chemotherapy was not related with expression of Topo Ⅱα. Conclusion Topo Ⅱα may act as an index to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer, and predict the sensitivity of anthraeyeline drugs to chemotherapy.
