摘  要:目的探讨CK19、CyclinD1、HBME-1、34βE12、TPO、galectin-3在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法,检测86例PTC、60例甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤(FTA)中CK19、CyclinD1、HBME-1、34βE12、TPO、galectin-3的表达情况。结果 CK19和galectin-3表达PTC组织与滤泡性腺瘤比较无明显差异;PTC中CyclinD1、HBME-1、34βE12阳性表达率分别为93.02%、93.02%、90.69%,明显高于滤泡性腺瘤。PTC中TPO表达阳性率为2.33%,滤泡性腺瘤中其表达率为90.00%,两者比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论 HBME-1、CyclinD1、34βE12和TPO的联合检测,有助于提高PTC的确诊率,而CK19、galectin-3对鉴别PTC和FTA意义不明确。Objective To investigate the expression of CK19 ,CyclinD1 ,HBME-1,34βE12 ,TPO ,galectin-3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of CK19,CyclinD1 ,HBME-1,3413E12,TPO , galectin-3 in 86 cases of thyroid papillary carcinomas and 60 cases of follicular thyroid adenomas was detected by immunochemical EnVision method. Results The expression of CK19 and galectin-3 had no obvious difference in PTC and FTA,but the positive expression rates of CyclinD1 (93.02%) ,HBME-1 (93.02%) ,34βE12(90.69% ) in PTA were all significantly higher than those of FTA. The positive rate of TPO in PTC was only 2.33 %, which was significantly lower than that of FTA (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The combined detection of CyclinD1 ,HBME-1,34βE12 and TPO will further improve the accuracy of PTA, but CK19 and galectin-3 have no significant difference in differential diagnosis between PTC and FTA.
