蛋白TLR4在人胰腺癌组织中的表达及其病理特征相关分析

摘　　要：目的探讨TLR4在人胰腺癌中的表达及与其病理特征的相关分析。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测66例胰腺癌手术切除标本及36例癌旁组织中TLR4蛋白表达。结果胰腺癌组织组TLR4蛋白表达阳性率为71.2%,显著高于癌旁组织组(38.9%)和正常组织组(0),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TLR4表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、血管侵犯及TNM分期存在相关性(P<0.05)。TLR4表达阳性组平均生存时间显著短于TLR4表达阴性组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TLR4在胰腺癌组织中存在高表达,与胰腺癌发生、发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of TLR4 in pancreatic cancer and its pathological features. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TLR4 in 66 resected pancreatic cancer specimen and 36 adjacent pancreatic cancer tissues. Results Positive rate of TLR4 expression in the pancreatic tissues 71.2% was significantly higher than those of the adjacent cancer tissues （38.9%） and normal tissues（0）, there had statistical difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. TLR4 expression was related with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion and TNM staging （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Mean survival time of the TLR4 positive group was significantly shorter than that of the TLR4 negative group, there had statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion TLR4 expression in pancreatic cancer tissue is high,and it is closely correlated with pancreatic carcinogenesis and progression.
