支架置入联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌19例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨X线透视下支架置入联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法对19例食管癌患者,应用金属支架置入联合三维适形放疗,对其临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果支架植入术后可显著缓解患者吞咽困难;联合放疗后病灶明显退缩,生活质量显著改善;6个月、1年及2年生存率分别为84.2%(16/19)、57.9%(11/19)、21.1%(4/19)。结论支架置入联合放疗是治疗中晚期食管癌患者吞咽困难的有效方法,可显著提高患者生活质量及近期疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of metal stent implantation and 3-DCRT under X-ray for advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 19 patients treated with metal stent placement and 3-DCRT were retrospectively analyzed. Results Dysphagia was significantly alleviated after metal stent placement. The tumor shrinked obviously, the quality of life improved sig- nificantly after combined radiotherapy. The survival rate were 84.2% （16/19）, 57.9% （11/19）and 21.1% （4/19）respectively in 6 months, 1-year and 2-year. Conclusion Metal stent placement combined with 3-DCRT is a feasible treatment for advanced esophageal cancer, and it can significantly improve the quality of life and short-term curative effects.
