替吉奥化疗联合3-DCRT对中晚期食管胃结合部肿瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨替吉奥化疗联合三维适形放疗对中晚期食管胃结合部肿瘤的临床疗效。方法中晚期食管胃结合部肿瘤患者98例,并随机分为2组,各49例。实验组患者采用替吉奥化疗联合三维适形放疗;对照组患者采用单纯性的三维适形放疗。比较2组患者治疗后总有效率及并发症情况。结果实验组治疗后总有效率(87.6%)显著高于对照组(67.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组毒副作用发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥化疗联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管胃结合部肿瘤具有良好的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of S-1 and three dimensional conformal radiation therapy（3- DCRT） for advanced gastroesophageal junction tumor. Methods 98 cases of advanced gastroes@ageal junction tumor patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each with 49 cases. The experimental group were treated with S-1 and 3-DCRT;and the control group were treated with simple 3-DCRT. Total efficiency and complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results Total efficiency of the experimental group （87.6%）was significantly higher than that of the control group （67.3%）, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of side effects of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion S-1 and 3-DCRT for advanced gastroesophageal junction tumor is effective, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
