摘　　要：目的探索急性白血病患者患病后的真实体验。方法目的抽样法选择16例急性白血病患者进行深度访谈,并采用现象学分析法分析资料,整理归纳并提炼出主题。结果急性白血病患者患病后的真实体验归纳为4个主题:对早期症状的忽视;确诊后强烈的情绪反应;治疗中承受的巨大压力;获得信息的强烈愿望。结论急性白血病患者患病后会出现复杂、强烈的身心反应,护理人员应了解白血病患者的切身感受和心理需求,在治疗护理患者同时,关注患者的身心健康,进一步丰富整体护理内涵,提高整体护理质量。Objective To explore the real experiences of patients with acute leukemia. Methods By pur- posive sampling, a total of 16 cases with acute leukemia were interviewed at detail, and the phenomenologi- cal analysis was used to analyze the origin data to sort and extract the themes. Results The real experi ences of patients with acute leukemia were summarized into four themes：neglect of the early symptoms; strong ring in tional tients, emotional reaction after diagnosis; with enormous pressure during therapy; strong desire of acqui- formation. Conclusion Patients with acute leukemia have complicated and sharp physical and emo response, which calls for the nurses to understand the feeling and psychological needs of the pa- and pay more attention to the physical and mental health during the therapy and nursing process so urther enriching the connotation and improving the quality of overall care.
