摘　　要：从哲学的角度思考网络舆论,实质在于将网络舆论最终定格在人与价值的这两种纬度上。随着高校信息化程度越来越高,网络舆论也成为高校思想政治教育过程中的重要环节。从网络舆论的最终属性而言,其在网络空间中所产生的价值舆论场会对大学生个体以及整个校园环境起着正面与负面两种价值作用。因此,高校思想政治教育必须面对网络舆论进行具体改革,尊重学生在思想政治教育过程中的主体性,形成老师与学生之间以及学生与学生之间的互动性,严格把控舆论信息源的价值质量,并将网络环境中的舆论价值场转化至现实社会中的价值场。From the perspective of philosophical thinking network public opinion, the essence is eventually determined by people and the value of these two kinds of latitude. With the increasingly high degree college information, network public opinion has become an important link in the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, as for the final properties of network public opinion, which plays both positive and negative value effect. Therefore, the ideological and political education must face network media for specific reforms, respect students＇ ideological and political education in the subject, form interaction between teachers and students ,strictly control quality of public information sources, and transform value of the network environment of public opinion into the social reality.
