摘  要:目的探索一种适用于临床对流产胚胎进行检测的方法。方法对100例流产胚胎绒毛组织联合应用多重连接扩增技术(MLPA)和G显带核型分析技术进行检测。结果 100例自然流产胚胎中,1例培养失败,培养成功率为99%,核型分析异常检出率为52%。MLPA对100例流产胚胎样本都获得检测结果,异常核型检出率为51%。联合应用G显带核型分析技术与MLPA后,异常核型的检出率为56%,检测灵敏度从G显带核型分析的0.893、MLPA的0.911提升到0.990。结论联合运用G显带核型分析技术与MLPA能有效地提高异常核型的检出率与检测的灵敏度,表明该方法是适合临床对流产胚胎进行检测的一种综合性方法。Objective To explore a comprehensive detection method of abortion embryo for clinical application. Methods 100 cases of abortion embryo chorionic villus were selected. Each case was divided into two parts,one for G banding karyotype, the other one for multiplex ligation dependent probe amplification(MLPA). Results Of the 100 cases,chorionic villus was successfully cultured in 99 cases(99 %), and abnormal embryo karyotypes were identified in 52 cases(52 %). Chorionic villus was successfully detected in 100 cases(100%) with MLPA, and abnormal embryo karyotypes were identified in 51 cases(51%). Abnormal embryo karyotypes were identified in 56 cases(56%) with the combined use of G banding karyotype analysis technology and MLPA at the same time. The sensitivity of joint detection was up to 0. 990,while the sensitivity of G banding karyotype analysis technology was 0. 893 ,and the sensitivity of MLPA was 0. 911. Conclusion .Joint detection of G banding karyotype analysis technology and MLPA can eKectively improve the abnormal karyotype detection rate and sensitivity, and it is a suitable and comprehensive method for clin- ical detection of aborted embryos.
