摘 要:磁性高分子微球是最近几十年发展起来的一种功能高分子材料,它具有粒径小、比表面积大、磁响应性强、生物相容性好等特点,被广泛地应用于固定化酶、生物医学、食品工业、环保等各个领域。介绍了磁性高分子微球的特点,总结了吸附法、共价结合法、交联法、包埋法等磁性高分子微球固定化脂肪酶的进展,对磁性高分子微球固定化脂肪酶的发展前景进行了展望。Magnetic polymer microspheres are a functional polymer material that has been developed in recent years. Due to well magnetic responsibility, small particle size, large specific area and good biocompatibility, they were widely used in immobilized enzyme, biomedical medicine,food industry, environmental protection and so on. The characteristics of the microspheres were introduced. The methods of lipase immobilization with the microspheres, including the adsorption, covalent binding, cross-linking and entrapment were summarized. Moreover, the prospect for lipase immobilization with magnetic polymer microspheres was discussed.
