摘　　要：2013年7月在美国联邦法规中修订了铁路线路安全标准,对包括高速铁路线路在内的各级铁路线路提出新的要求。在阐述美国铁路线路安全标准制定和修订相关规定的基础上,通过分析美国《线路安全标准》相关修订重点,借鉴美国铁路线路法规标准,结合我国铁路线路安全规定现状及存在问题,提出我国铁路线路安全标准制定的有关启示。On July 2013, the railway track safety standard in Code of Federal Regulations was modified, which put forward new requirements on each-level railway lines including high-speed railway lines. Based on expounding instituting and modifying relative regulations of American railway track safety standards, through analyzing the modification key points of American Track Safety Standards, referring American railway track regulations and standards and combining with the status and existing problems in Chinese railway track safety regulations, the paper puts forward relative revelation of instituting track safety standards for Chinese railways.
