摘　　要：针对高速铁路运输与民航运输,从票价、旅行时间、正点率、运输场站的地理位置等方面分析高速铁路运输对于民航运输的比较优势,阐述高速铁路对我国民航运输市场的影响,提出我国民航运输业应对高速铁路影响的策略:削减运营成本,提高客座率;提高管理水平与技术手段,缩短地面服务时间;提高运输服务水平,提高正点率;丰富航线网络,开拓支线航空市场;协同合作,实现高速铁路与民航联运共赢。Targeting with high-speed railway transportation and civil aviation, this paper analyzes the comparative advantages of high-speed railway transportation relative to civil aviation from the aspects of fare, traveling time, punctuality and geographical position of transport station. The paper also expounds the influence of high-speed railway on civil aviation market, puts forward the countermeasures of civil aviation industry which should be applied on the influence of high-speed railways, including： cutting operation cost and increasing seating rate; increasing management level and technical approaches, shortening ground service time; increasing transport service level and punctuality; enriching airline network and developing air branch line market; and taking coordination and cooperation between high-speed railway and civil aviation as to realize intermodal transportation and win-win.
