摘  要:近几十年来,丁字湾沿岸因虾池和盐田过度围垦造成湾内水流不畅,淤积严重,加之养殖和生活排污,不仅导致丁字湾的自然岸线和生态环境遭到严重破坏,且海域使用效率低下,但丁字湾深厚的海洋文化底蕴和丰富的旅游资源尚未得到开发。根据《山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》,丁字湾定位为海洋旅游文化产业聚集区,因此,需对丁字湾开展综合整治修复,以发挥丁字湾深厚的文化底蕴和丰富的旅游资源优势。为此,本文应用数值模型模拟了整治工作实施后的丁字湾水动力环境变化,结果表明拆除现有的围海养殖和盐田堤坝后水动力条件得到了显著增强,湾内半交换时间明显缩短,有助于改善湾内水质条件。并立足于丁字湾的定位,初步提出了丁字湾综合整治修复的建议:拟通过综合整治提升海湾生态环境,打造景观岸线资源,以促进区域内产业经济的协调、健康、可持续发展。In these recent years,the natural coastline and ecological environment in Dingzi Bay were severely damaged due to excessive reclamation for shrimp pools and salt fields.At present,the weak hydrodynamic condition,severe sedimentation,combined with breeding waste and domestic sewage,not only led to ecological environment overload,but also led to low efficiency of sea use in Dingzi Bay.However,its profound cultural details and rich tourism resources had not yet been developed and utilized.The numerical simulation results showed that the hydrodynamic condition was significantly enhanced and half-life time was shorter in Dingzi Bay after demolition of the existing shrimp pools and salt fields,which could help improve water quality.According to the Blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone Development Plan approved by the State Council early in 2011,Dingzi Bay was positioned as marine cultural tourism industries cluster district.Therefore,the implement of integrated regulation and restoration was necessary based on profound cultural details and rich tourism resources in Dingzi Bay.Some proposed were put forward in order to promote the efficiency usage of regional resources and the sustainable development.
