摘　　要：从参与甘肃省本专科高等院校校本课程开发老师视角出发对高校校本课程开发进行研究并得到以下几点启示:发挥自身高校人才优势,构建校本发开团队与优秀学科协同发展机制;发挥校长卓越作用,以校本课程领导力变为学校核心竞争力;发挥课堂形成性评价作用,校本课程发发必须与时俱进。The author participated in universities schoolbased curriculum development in Gansu Province, and made a study on curriculum development from the specidist teacher perspective and gets the following enlightenments that we must build the mechanism for schoolbased development team with excellent disci pline coordination development to play their university talents advantages, principals must play a remarkable role in the schoolbased curriculum to make the leadership becomes the core competitiveness, and must set up classroom assessment form to keep pace with the times
