摘　　要：目的：探讨PCNA在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达与临床意义。方法：选取本院2008年6月-2010年7月手术切除非小细胞肺癌组织蜡块76例作为观察组，同时选取正常肺组织24例作为对照组，采用免疫组化SP法对两组组织中PCNA表达情况进行检测。结果：观察组PCNA阳性率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05），Ⅰ~Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期患者PCNA阳性率间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），PCNA阳性者1年及3年生存率均显著低于PCNA阴性患者（P〈0.05）。结论：PCNA高度表达是对非小细胞肺癌患者预后造成影响的重要因素，其异常表达和肺癌发病、进展与转移间有密切关系，可作为肺癌恶性程度与预后准确判断的重要指标。Objective：To explore the expression of PCNA in non small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance.Method：In our hospital from June 2008 to July 2010,76 cases of operation resection of non small cell lung cancer tissue were selected as observation group,and 24 cases of normal lung tissue were selected as control group,immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect PCNA expression in two groups. Result：The positive rate of PCNA in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）,there was no significant difference of the positive rate of PCNA in patients with stageⅢand stageⅠ-Ⅱ（P〉0.05）,PCNA was positive in 1 and 3 years survival rates were significantly lower than in PCNA negative patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：High level expression of PCNA is an important factor to affect the prognosis of patients with non small cell lung cancer, its abnormal expression has the close relation and pathogenesis,progression and metastasis of lung cancer,as an important index of malignant degree and prognosis of lung cancer accurate judgement.
