摘 要:以米曲霉菌丝体作为吸附剂,通过批量实验研究其对废水中Pb2+的吸附性能。结果表明:Pb2+的初始浓度、吸附剂用量、吸附时间和pH值对吸附过程影响较大,温度对吸附过程影响不明显,最佳吸附条件为Pb2+初始浓度50 mg/L,吸附剂用量1.0 g/L,吸附时间45 min,pH 5.0,温度30℃,此时吸附量为47.86 mg/g,去除率为95.72%。米曲霉对Pb2+的吸附效果受水中常见离子Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+的影响较小。米曲霉吸附Pb2+的过程可以用准二阶动力学模型来描述,吸附过程中存在粒内扩散,但它不是吸附过程的限速步骤。其等温吸附过程可以用Langmuir方程描述。热力学分析表明吸附剂对Pb2+的吸附具有吸热、自发、熵增的特征。红外光谱分析表明,吸附剂表面的氨基(—NH2)、羟基(—OH)、酯羰基(—COO—)和羧基(—COOH)在吸附Pb2+过程中发挥主要作用。Using Aspergillus oryzae as a biosorbent, batch experiments were conducted to study the characteristics of biosor- bent to adsorb Pb2+ from aqueous solutions. Results showed that initial concentration of Pb2+, biomass dosage, sorption time and pH value were more influential than temperature for the biosorption and the optimal initial concentration of Pb2+, biomass dosage, sorption time, pH value and temperature were found to be 50mg/L 1.0 g/L, 45 min, 5.0, 30℃ respectively. Under these optimal conditions, the adsorption amounts and removal efficiency of Ph2+ could reach 47.86 mg/g and 95.72% respectively. Adsorption capacity of the biosorbent was little affected with the addition of coexisted-ions such as Na+, K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+. The biosorption of Pb2+ by Aspergillus oryzae fit well with pseudo-second-order Lagergren model and Langmuir isotherm model. But the intraparticle diffusion was not rate-controlling step. Thermodynamics constants of the adsorption process showed that the biosorption was endothermic, spontaneous and the entropy increased. FTIR data indicated that the functional group of -NH2,-OH, -COO- and -COOH played a principal role in the adsorption.
