摘 要:为对钢箱梁腐蚀等级进行判定,提出考虑多因素的综合评分制方法。对钢箱梁腐蚀成因进行分析,总结钢箱梁腐蚀类型。在现有的腐蚀评定方法基础上,针对不同腐蚀类型,选取适用于钢箱梁的腐蚀评定指标,并根据钢箱梁结构特点,提出2个新评定指标。建立钢箱梁腐蚀评定指标系统,包括腐蚀密度、腐蚀坑大小、腐蚀深度、腐蚀面积百分率、腐蚀深度百分率和腐蚀部位,参考现有评定标准和工程经验,给出各个等级对应的指标值范围。In order to evaluate the corrosion levels of steel box girder, the comprehensive eval uation method with consideration of multiple factors was put forward. The causes of the steel box girder corrosion were analyzed, and the corrosion types of steel box girder were summarized. Based on the current corrosion evaluation methods and in the light of different corrosion types, the corrosion evaluation indices suitable for steel box girder were selected. Moreover, according to the characteristics of the steel box girder structure, two new evaluation indices were proposed. The corrosion evaluation system for steel box girder was established, including corrosion density, di mension of the corrosion pit, corrosion depth, corrosion area percentage, corrosion depth percent age and corrosion locations. Based on the existing evaluation system and engineering experience, the range of index values for each level was given.
