干燥综合征患者的泪腺及血浆中的白介素2、白介素6及其受体的研究

摘　　要：为进一步了解干燥综合征的病因 ,作者用 EL ISA法检测了干燥综合征患者的泪腺和血中的白介素 2 (IL- 2 ) ,白介素 2受体 (IL- 2 R) ,白介素 6 (IL- 6 ) ,白介素 6受体 (IL- 6 R) ,并与正常人相比较。结果 :干燥综合征患者泪腺中的 IL- 2 ,IL- 2 R,IL- 6 R的含量比正常人明显升高 ,其血中的 IL- 2 ,IL- 2 R有改变。以上显示 ,干燥综合征患者泪腺中的白介素升高及血中的白介素的改变与该病的免疫性炎症反应有关。This study inguired into the contributing factors to the cause of Sjogrens syndrome(SS). Ten patients and three normal persons were examined. Elisa method was used to assay the levels of IL 2, IL 6, IL 6R in lacrimal gland tissues and in serums. The results showed that the levels of IL 2, IL 2R, IL 6 in the lacrimal glands of SS were higher than those of normal persons. In the serums of SS patients, lower level of IL 2 and higher level of IL 2R were detected. The findings suggest that IL 2, IL 2R, IL 6 are increased in lacrimal glands of patients, but IL 2 is decreased in serums of SS patients, and these changes may be contributing factors in the immunological inflammatory reaction and degeneration in SS patients' lacrimal glands.
