摘　　要：目的:研究参术胶囊对脾虚胃癌转移鼠基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2、MMP-9)及其抑制因子(TIMP-2)的影响,探讨参术胶囊防治胃癌转移的作用机制。方法:以山西白醋和人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901悬液为造模试剂,建立脾虚胃癌转移鼠模型,采用免疫组化SP法,观察参术胶囊对模型动物胃癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2、MMP-9)及其抑制因子(TIMP-2)表达的影响。结果:参术胶囊(1.32g/kg)能显著抑制模型动物MMP-2、MMP-9的表达,并显著增强TIMP-2的表达。结论:参术胶囊防治胃癌转移的作用机制可能与抑制细胞外基质降解有关。To study the effect of Shenzhu Capsules on MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-2 in Pi（脾）-deficiency gastric cancer metastasis mice, and explore the mechanism of Shenzhu Capsules in inhibiting gastric cancer metastasis. Methods： The model of Pi （脾） -deficiency gastric cancer metastasis mice was established by Shanxi white vinegar and human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901, the immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the effect of Shenzhu Capsules on MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-2 in the model mice. Results：Shenzhu Capsules （ 1. 32g/kg/d） can obviously restrain the expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and obviously strengthen the expression of TIMP-2. Conclusion：Shenzhu Car）sules may inhibit ~,astric cancer metastasis by restraining degradation of ECM
