摘  要:人才培养模式与课程体系构建均属专业顶层设计,它是实现专业人才培养目标的重要途径和根本保障。以黑龙江林业职业技术学院家具设计与制造专业在传统"2+1"人才培养模式的基础上,探索和实施工学交替"2+1"双循环人才培养模式为例,解读人才培养模式创新对提升人才培养质量和促进专业内涵建设所发挥的重要作用,同时也为校企深度融合搭建实践平台。Personnel training mode and curriculum system construction all belonged to specialized top design, which are important approach and fundamental guarantee to realize the goal of professional training. Based on the traditional personnel training mode of "2+1" in Heilongjiang forestry vocation technical college, the engineering alternating "2+1" double-cycle training model was explored and implemented, the essential roles of the innovation and practice of personnel training mode in raising the qualities of personnel training and the specialty connotation construction were interpreted. The new training model set up a platform for deeper fusion between colleges and companies.
