超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗结节性硬化症患者面部血管纤维瘤3例

摘　　要：报告3例结节性硬化症,评估超脉冲二氧化碳激光对其面部血管纤维瘤的治疗效果。方法:采用超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗仪,波长为10 600 nm,输出功率10 W,输出时间600μs,由表皮向皮损深处逐层汽化去除病变组织至真皮浅层。每次治疗间隔2周。结果:3例患者对治疗反应较好,面部多数皮损均消退。未见瘢痕及其他不良反应。结论:超脉冲二氧化碳激光可作为结节性硬化症面部血管纤维瘤的一种有效且美容效果较好的治疗手段。Objectives： To report three cases of tuberous sclerosis and to evaluate the clinical benefits of super-pulsed carbon dioxide （CO：） laser in treating facial angiofibromas. Methods： Super-pulsed CO2 laser （10,600 mn wavelength） treatment was cartied out at the output-powerof 10 W and the output-time of 600 μs. The lesions were gradually ablated from the epidermis to the papillary dermis with the laser. Intervals between treatments were 2 weeks. Results： In all presented cases, improvement in the number and appearance of facial angiofibromas was noted. No scarring or adverse events were reported. Conclusions： Super-pulsed CO2 laser represents a good therapeutic option for the treatment of facial angiofibromas with cosmetically acceptable results.
