摘  要:目的探讨恩施硒茶硒多糖对糖尿病模型大鼠血糖的影响。方法用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病模型大鼠后,行恩施硒茶硒多糖灌胃4 w,观察糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)值、胰岛素(INS)值、肝葡萄糖激酶(GK)的活性、血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,以及脾脏、胸腺系数的变化。结果恩施硒茶硒多糖能明显使糖尿病大鼠的FBG降低,MDA的含量减少,脾脏、胸腺系数升高,GK、SOD和GSH-Px的活性增强。结论恩施硒茶硒多糖具有降低FBG,增强机体免疫功能和抗氧化的作用。Objective To study the effects of Enshi selenium tea selenium polysaccharide on serum glucose in experimental diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats model were established by alloxan, Enshi selenium tea selenium polysaccharide was poured into rats' stomach for four weeks, then observed the change of the level about full blood glucose ( FBG), insulin ( INS), glucokinase ( GK), malondialdehyde (MDA) , glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) , spleen index and thymus index. Results Enshi selenium tea selenium polysaccharide could reduce the level of FBG in diabetic rats, and increase the activity of GK, SOD and GSH-Px, moreover, it could reduce the level of MDA and increase the spleen index and thymus index. Conclusions Enshi selenium tea selenium polysaccbaride has remarkable effect on playing down the blood sugar, and can increase the antioxygenie activity and immunity.
