阿司匹林与幽门螺杆菌对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨阿司匹林与幽门螺杆菌对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡愈合的影响和机制.方法 用乙酸法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,然后分为4组,在模型复制后的第12～19天,每天进行2次灌胃：Ⅰ组（生理盐水、生理盐水）、Ⅱ组（幽门螺杆菌、生理盐水）、Ⅲ组（阿司匹林、生理盐水）、Ⅳ组（幽门螺杆菌、阿司匹林）.在模型复制后的第20天用免疫组化法检测胃黏膜增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）和转化生长因子因子-α（TGF-α）的表达,pH计检测胃液pH.结果 4组之间胃黏膜PCNA、TGF-α的积分光密度和胃液pH都有统计学差异（P＜0 01）.结论幽门螺杆菌和阿司匹林通过抑制PC-NA和TGF-α表达以及促进胃酸分泌抑制溃疡愈合.Objective To explore the effects and mechanisms of aspirin and helicobacter pylori on acetic acid gastric ulcer. Methods Gastric ulcer was induced with acetic acid in rats and then the rats were divided into 4 groups. The intragastric administration was made twice a day from 12th day to 19th day after ulcer induction： Ⅰ group （normal sodium, normal sodium） , Ⅱ group （helicobacter pylori, normal sodium） ,Ⅲ group （aspirin, normal sodium） and IVgroup （helicobaeter pylori, aspirin）. Expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） and transforming growth faetor-α （TGF-α） were detected through immunohistoehemical method after 20th day. pH in gastric juice was determined by acidity meter. Results There were significant differences in the integral optical density of PCNA, TGF-α in gastric mucosa and the pH in gastric juice among 4 groups（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Helicobacter pylori and aspirin can inhibit ulcer healing by inhibiting the expressions of PCNA and TGF-α and promoting gastric acid secretion.
