摘　　要：针对汽车轮毂的结构,确定了低压铸造的基本方案,从加压曲线对轮毂的低压铸造工艺进行分析,解决了工艺中容易出现的缺陷,较为系统的完成了汽车铸铝轮毂低压铸造工艺分析。Aimed at the structure of automotive wheel, the basic program of low-pressure casting was determined. The low-pressure casting process was analyzed from pressure curve, the defects in the process were solved, the low pressure casting process for car aluminum wheel castings was systematic finished.
