320排CT容积扫描及肝体积简易估算法在肝脏体积测量中的应用

摘　　要：目的根据肝脏的形态学特征提出肝体积简易估算公式,快速估算肝体积。方法回顾分析100例正常人的320排螺旋CT容积扫描数据,使用压感笔半自动测量法测量肝体积。根据肝脏形态学特征提出肝体积简易估算公式,通过线性回归完善公式。将压感笔半自动测量法测得肝体积与简易估算公式估算肝体积进行t检验,验证肝体积简易估算公式的准确性。结果通过线性回归计算出的肝体积简易估算公式为LV=0.251X’Y’Z+282.5。压感笔半自动法所测得的肝体积测量值为(1051.0±237.3)cm3,肝体积简易估算公式测得的肝体积估算值为(1050.7±214.3)cm3,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝体积简易估算公式是快速准确估算肝体积的好方法,具有重要临床意义。Objective To raise an easy estimate formula of liver volume according to the feature of liver form, and estimate liver volume quickly. Methods 100 normal patients underwent 320-row CT examination, the semi-automated CT volumes mea- sured by pressure sensitive pen. We raise an easy estimate formula of liver volume according to the feature of liver form, and com- plete the formula by linear regression. The liver volume measured by two methods （pressure sensitive pen and easy estimate formu- la） were compared with t test, in order to verify the accuracy of formula. Results The easy estimate formula was LV=0.251X＇Y＇ Z＋282.5. The liver volume estimated by pressure sensitive pen and formula were （1051.0±237.3）cm3 and（lO50.7±214.3）cm3. No significant difference was observed （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The easy estimate formula can quickly estimate liver volume.
