摘 要:目的初步探讨ICP-AES法测定镍铬烤瓷合金中除镍元素以外的其他多元素的可行性。方法准确称取0.00899g^0.08176g样品经混酸(盐酸与硝酸体积比为7:2)完全溶解后,优化仪器条件,以基体匹配法配制工作曲线标样,消除基体干扰。从而测定镍铬烤瓷合金中多元素(Cr、Al、Mo、Co、Be、Fe、Cu)的含量。结果测定样品巾元素含量(wt%)平均为Cr 11.90%、Al 1.895%、Mo 6.905%、Co 0.205%、Be 1.67%、Fe 0.045%和Cu 0.03%;6次测定的相对标准差在0.51%~1.48%范围内,加标回收率89.72%~100.90%,仪器检出限在0.11ng/ml^9.33ng/ml之间。结论本实验初步提示ICP-AES法可测定镍铬烤瓷合金中除镍元素以外的其他多元素的含量,且该方法简便和快速。Objective To study the feasibility of simultaneous determining multielements (such as Cr, A1, Mo, Co, Be, Fe, Cu)in porcelain fused Ni-Cr alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emis- sion spectrometry (ICP-AES). Methods 0.00899g-0.08176g sample of porcelain fused Ni-Cr alloy was accu- rately weighed, and were dissolved in mixed acid (hydrochloric acid:nitric acid=7:2) completely. The operational parameters were optimized, and the interference from matrix was effectively eliminated by matrix matching. Re- sults The element contents (wt%) of the tested sample were: Cr 11.90%, A1 1.895%, Mo 6.905%, Co 0.205%, Be 1.67%, Fe 0.045% and Cu 0.03%. The relative standard deviation of the method was among 0.51%-1.48%. The recovery was within the range of 89.72%-100.90%. The detection limit of analyte elements in the sample ranged from 0.1 lng/ml-9.33ng/ml. Conclusion The ICP-AES can be used to determine multielements except Ni in por- celain fused Ni-Cr alloy, with adavantage of easy handling and time saving.
