摘　　要：用电切环内减压法治疗９８例大型脑膜瘤患者。术中利用电切环在肿瘤囊内分块切除肿瘤组织，使肿瘤内 的压力降低利于肿瘤囊壁同周围组织结构分离、切除。此法能大大减轻对周围脑组织等组织结构的损伤，显著减少 术后并发症，是一种安全有效的手术方法。cases with large intracanial meningiomas were operated on by intracapsular decompression with the diathermy loop. During the operation the tumor was intracapsularly decompressed with the diathermy loop by piecemeal. After the intracapsular decompression, separating the tumor capsule from its surounding structures and resecting the capsule is easy to be achieved. This method can greatly reduce the damage to the surounding structures which makes the postoperative complication decreased obviously. It is very effective and safe in the surgical management of the lesions.
