摘 要:研究望江南的化学成分.利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR等波谱数据进行结构鉴定.从望江南种子中用体积分数为95%的乙醇提取物的氯仿部分分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为大黄素甲醚(1),豆甾醇(2),5,7′-二聚大黄素甲醚(3),1-棕榈酸单甘油酯(4),豆甾醇-3-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5).其中,化合物3,4,5为首次从望江南中分离得到.The chemical constituent of Cassia occidentalis is studied in this work. The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization. Their structures were determined on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Five compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction of 95% ethanolic extract of Cassia occidentalis seeds. They were identified as physcion (1) ; stigmasterol ( 2 ) ; 5, 7'-biphyscion ( 3 ) ; monopalmitin ( 4 ); stigmasterol-3-β-D- glucopyranoside(5), respectively. The last three compounds (3,4 and 5) are isolated from the Cassia occidentalis for the first time.
