摘 要:当前,中小微企业已经成为我国经济发展的主体力量,但由于自身的原因或者及国家经济法制环境的原因,中小微企业在履行社会责任存在一些问题。基于利益相关者理论,从产品、员工、产业链、政府和环境等五个方面,论述中小微企业履行社会责任的现状。通过分析中小微企业履行社会责任中存在的问题,针对性的提出相应的对策。Currently, medium and small and micro-sized enterprises have become the main force of China's economic development. But due to their own reasons or reasons of national economy and legal environment, medium and small and micro-sized enterprises have some problems in fulfilling their social responsibility. Based on stakeholder theory, this paper discusses the status quo of medium and small and micro-sized enterprises fulfilling their social responsibility from five aspects of products, employees, industrial chain, government and the environment. By analyzing problems in medium and small and micro-sized enterprises fulfilling their social responsibility, this paper puts forward some targeted appropriate countermeasures.
