摘　　要：提出一种钢轨磨耗值计算的新方法,将经过图像处理的钢轨轮廓信息转换到三维空间中,以一定的编码规则,对标准钢轨轮廓与测量钢轨轮廓的极半径之差进行分块编码,形成一串二进制码,实现对钢轨垂直磨耗和侧面磨耗简单精确的计算.A new detection method based on rail wear was proposed. The rail profile information from image processing was conversed into 3D space. By a certain coding rules, the difference of polar radius between standard rail profile and measuring rail profile was blocking encoded, which forming a binary code,so that simple and accurate calculations of rail vertical wear and side wear were realized.
