摘　　要：毕业论文是本科人才培养中十分重要的实践教学环节,是对医学生综合素质与实践能力的全面检验。通过对我校毕业论文现状的调研和分析,从学生、指导教师、学校管理等三方面作为关键点,提出了加强学生对毕业论文重要性的认识、改革教学模式、加强教师指导和质量监控等四个方面工作,不断促进医学院校毕业论文质量的提高。Graduation thesis is a very important practice teaching link in the undergraduate personnel training. It is an overall test on medical students＇ comprehensive quality and practical ability. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of gradua-tion thesis in our school, the four aspects of strengthening students＇ awareness about the importance of graduation thesis, reforming teaching mode, reinforcing tutors＇guidance and improving quality control are proposed from the three key points including students, tu-tors, school management in order to continuously promote the quality of graduation thesis of medical colleges.
