摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定定痛宁冲剂中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法测定阿魏酸含量,以Diamonsil C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)为色谱柱;甲醇∶1%醋酸溶液(30∶70)为流动相;检测波长:321 nm。结果阿魏酸在进样量0.212～1.060μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=4.685 5×106X-2.109 0×104(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率98.96%,RSD=1.92%。结论该方法操作简单,方法可靠,结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of ferulaic acid in Dingtongning granules. Methods HPLC meth- od was applied to determine the content of ferulaic acid, with Diamonsil Cls column （5 μm,4.6 mm × 250 mm） as chromatographic column;The mobile phase consisted of methanol： glacial acetic acid-water solution （30：70）. The detection wavelength was 321 nm. Results Ferulaic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.212 - 1. 060 μg. The regression equation was Y = 4. 685 5 × 10^6X - 2. 109 0 × 10^4 （r = 0.999 9）. The average recoveries were 98.96%. RSD was 1.92%. Conclusions This method has good repeat- ability, flexibility and high sensitibity. It can be used for quality control of Dingtongning granules.
