摘 要:目的比较使用不可吸收膜和可吸收膜种植体周骨缺损骨再生的临床效果及并发症。方法 58例患者应用了骨引导再生术,不可吸收膜26例,可吸收膜32例,共植入58颗种植体,术后6个月暴露种植体,最终完成烤瓷冠修复。结果应用两种膜均获得了良好的骨修复效果,可吸收膜组骨再生效果满意及基本满意率共为96.16%,不可吸收膜组骨再生效果满意及基本满意率共为91.67%。结论胶原膜及钛膜均具有良好的骨引导再生作用,临床中可根据患者的实际情况作出选择。Objective To compare the treatment effects and complications between non-resorbable collagen membrane and resorbable collagen membrane to reconstruct the bone defects around implants. Methods 58 consecutive patients underwent guided bone regenera- tion treatment when inserting dental implants. Non-resorbable collagen membrane were used in 26 patients. Resorbable collagen mem- brane were used in 32 patients. 58 implants were inserted. The implants were exposed and final porcelain restorations were made 6 months later. Results Most of the patients showed satisfactory bone regeneration effects in both groups. The satisfactory rate of bone regeneration effects in collagen membrane group was 96.16% , while that in titanium membrane group was 91.67 %. Conclusions Both resorbable collagen membrane and non-resorbable collagen membrane can achieve good guided bone regeneration effect. Which one is more suitable depends on the actual clinical circumstance.
