摘　　要：大学治理与文化价值互为影响、互为动因。大学治理从人才培养、学术研究、校园文化建设等方面承担起大学文化传承创新的职责,并担负着为社会选择、整合、创新和传播文化的任务,从而使大学更有利于创新性人才培养、知识创新和科研成果产出。University Governance and cultural Governance assumes the innovation university value is the mutual influence motivation. University culture inheritance duties from the personnel training, academic research , the construction of campus culture, and responsible for the social choice, integration, innovation and culture of the mission, so that the university is more conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents, knowledge innovation and scientific research achievements.
