放疗联合养正消积胶囊治疗不能手术肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察放疗联合养正消积胶囊治疗不能手术肝癌患者的近期疗效及安全性。方法随机将64例不能手术肝癌患者分为放疗组24例和放疗联合养正消积胶囊组(联合组)40例,进行治疗前后近期疗效、生存质量/体质量、主要症状体征改善及不良反应情况比较。结果放疗组和联合组客观有效率无明显差异(45.8%vs47.5%,P>0.05),但联合组获得较高的临床获益率(66.7%vs 87.5%,P<0.05);联合组体质量和生存质量改善优于放疗组(P<0.05);脘腹胀满、纳呆少食和疼痛等症状改善率优于放疗组(55.0%vs 29.2%,P<0.05),但黄疸和腹水等体征的改善不明显(P>0.05)。联合组治疗后不良反应并未增加。结论放疗联合养正消积胶囊对不能手术肝癌患者进行治疗可改善临床症状体征,提高放疗的耐受,使患者在临床获益。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of radiotherapy combination with Yangzhengxiaofi capsule in treatment of unresectable liver neoplasms patients. Methods 64 patients were randomized to either control group or trial group. The control group received radiotherapy using three di/nensional conformal radiotherapy technology, while the trial group received radiotherapy combined with Yangzhengxiaofi capsule. The differences of the curative effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The OR of short term efficacy had no the difference of two groups （45.8% vs 47.5% , P 〉 0. 05 ） , but radiotherapy combined with Yangzhengxiaoji capsule had the higher clinical benefit rate （66.7% vs 87.5 % , P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of body weight and survival quality, trial group had better effect than radiotherapy alone group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Abdominal distension, poor appetite and pain had good alleviation（ 55.0% vs 29.2% ） , but im- provement of jaundice and ascites were not obvious （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Radiotherapy combined with Yangzhengxiaoji capsule after treatment did not increase adverse reactions. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with Yangzhengxiaoji capsule can relief the clinical signs, improve the radiation tolerance of treatment, improve the clinical benefit to patients to a certain extent.
