摘　　要：健康的身体是工作的保证,教师的身体健康状况与教书育人工作密切相关。因此,提高教师的健康水平应受到全社会的共同关注。身体健康是教师素质的核心要素,也是提高教师整体素质和提高教育质量的基础和保证。在整个素质教育的过程中,教师的健康与否是决定健康教育、素质教育能否成功的关键。Health is the guarantee of work. Teacher’s physical health is closely related to the teaching work.Therefore, improving the health status of teachers should be the common concern of the whole society. A healthy body is the core of teachers’ quality elements, also is the foundation and guarantee to improve the teachers’ overall qualities and the quality of education. In the whole process of quality education, teachers’ healthy or not is the key to health education and the success of quality education.
