摘  要:目的通过对不同分化和高低转移的胃癌组织中RegⅣ、MMP-9和CD34的表达情况的检测,探讨RegⅣ、MMP-9和CD34与胃癌恶化程度及转移之间的关系。方法应用(S-P)免疫组织化学染色法检测手术切除101例胃癌组织中RegⅣ、MMP-9和CD34的表达,用CD34标记血管内皮细胞并计算微血管密度值(MVD),结合临床病理特征分析。结果 101例胃癌组织中RegⅣ和MMP-9蛋白表达均明显高于正常胃组织;胃癌组织中平均MVD为(53.65±1.32)/mm2,明显高于正常胃组织。RegⅣ、MMP-9和CD34的表达呈正相关。RegⅣ、MMP-9和CD34的表达分别与肿瘤分化呈负相关(P<0.05),与癌组织浸润深度、淋巴转移和TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 RegⅣ、MMP-9和CD34在胃癌组织中呈高表达,并与胃癌的分化、转移密切相关。三者联合检测可作为判断胃癌生物学行为的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Reg Ⅳ, MMP- 9 and CD34 with the clinicbiologic behavior in gastric carcinoma [GC) and ascertaining whether Reg Ⅳ, MMP- 9 and CD34 play important roles in tumor malignant progression and metastasis. Methods The expression of Reg Ⅳ, MMP - 9 and CD34 was detected with S- P munohistoche - mical method in 101 primary tumor specimens. The microvessel density{ MVD) was calculated by CD34 labelling vessel endothelial cells. Results The positive rates of RegⅣ and MMP-9 expressions in 101 cases with gastric carcinoma were 40.59% {41/101} and 75.25%{76/101), the expressions were significantly higher than that of normal gastric organization. The expression of MVD(53.65 ± 1.32/mm2) in gastric carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than in normal gastric mucosa. The Reg Ⅳ, MMP- 9 and CD34 positive expression were relative in different locus of gastric carcinoma tissues. The overexpression of Reg Ⅳ, MMP - 9 and CD34 were negative correlated with carcinoma differentiation( P〈0.05 ), and were positive correlated with infiltration and lymph node status of tumor and that was also significantly correlated with TNM stage( P〈0.05), respectively. Conclusion The overexpression of Reglg, MMP- 9 and CD34 are related with the proliferation, angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma, so the expression of Reg Ⅳ, MMP- 9 and CD34 may be used as an indicator to assess the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
