摘 要:目的研究在糖尿病状况下微种植体支抗施力时对微种植体支抗稳定性的影响,为微种植体的临床应用提供理论依据。方法选择健康Wistar雄性大鼠30只,随机分三组,每组10只。设为不加力组、即刻加力组及延期加力组。高糖高脂饲料喂养结合STZ建立2型糖尿病模型后,在大鼠右侧胫骨植入微种植体2枚,所施力值60g。施力4周后处死动物,植入种植体始末,测量微种植体之间的距离,摄X线片进行影像学评价。镜下观察种植体的骨组织磨片进行组织学评价。结果三组大鼠微种植体无松动,无X线阴影。即刻加力组微种植体支抗位移大于延期加力组(P<0.05),骨结合率各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在糖尿病状况下,延期加力组较即刻加力组的微种植体有更多的骨性结合,可更好地提供稳定的正畸支抗,为早期糖尿病患者的正畸治疗提供可行性。Objective To evaluate the effects of different loading in type 2 Diabetes rat occasions of orthodontic force on the stability of micro- implant as an anchorage. Methods Thirty healthy male wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, namely unloading group, the immediate loading group and delayed loading group, 10 rats in each group. The micro- screws were implanted to all type 2 diabetes rats model, then the implants were immediately loaded with 60g orthodontic force or loaded after 2 weeks of implantation. All rats were killed after loaded 4 weeks. From start to finish, the distance between the micro - implants was measured under X - ray films. The grinding of bones with microimplant were examined under the microscopes. Results All rats showed no microimplant loosening and no X- ray shadow. The mobile space in immediate loading group was the largest among the three groups(P〈0.05), but the boneimplant contact ratio in delayed loading group was best(P〈0. 01). Conclusion The non- immediately loaded implant as an anchorage can afford more stability than the immediately loaded implant for diabetes status.
