眼表各部位烧伤程度对修复时间的影响

摘　　要：目的观察羊膜移植术治疗眼表烧伤过程中，角膜缘、角膜、结膜不同部位烧伤程度对眼表修复时间的影响。方法回顾性分析羊膜移植术治疗的61例（77眼）Ⅲ度～Ⅳ度眼表烧伤的临床资料，观察自羊膜移植手术至角膜上皮完整覆盖、荧光素染色无着色所需时间。采用编秩后的方差分析进行两两组间比较。结果角膜缘烧伤程度不相同的组间的修复时间的差异有统计学意义；在角膜缘烧伤程度相同的前提下，角膜、结膜不同烧伤程度组间的修复时间的差异无统计学意义。结论角膜缘部位的烧伤程度在眼表修复过程中起重要影响作用。Objective To evaluate the influence of different burn sites on ocular surface repair time, with the treatment of amnion transplantation. Methods The materials of 77 eyes in 61 patients, which suffered from 3^rd -4^th degree ocular surface burn and were treated by amnion transplantation, were analyzed retrospectively. And the repair time was compared between each group using variance analysis. Restilts There were statistically different repair time between groups with different burnt degrees of the corneoscleral limbus. The repair time of corneal and conjunctival groups suffering from the same degree of corneoscleral limbal burnt shows no statistic difference, no matter the degree of corneal or conjunctival burnt was the same or not. Conclusion The burnt degree of the limbus has critical influence on the repair time of ocular surface.
