摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性晶状体脱位及其并发症治疗方法。方法结果结论关键词：方法回顾性分析31例（31眼）外伤性晶状体脱位的治疗及其效果，根据其脱位后的位置及并发症的不同，选择不同的手术方法。结果术后31眼中23眼（74．19％）视力有不同程度的提高；3眼继发性青光眼行Ⅱ期小梁切除术；1眼前房积血药物治愈；1眼周边部视网膜局限性脱离，保守治疗后视网膜平伏。结论外伤性晶状体脱位单纯药物治疗无法恢复视力，应根据脱位的位置和并发症的不同，选择合适的手术方法，以便取得良好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the treatment of traumatic lens dislocation and its complications. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the treatment and effect of 31 cases （31 eyes） of traumatic lens dislocation. Different surgical methods acording to the position of the lens and the different complications were selected. Results Visual acuity of 23 cases （74.19%） improved after surgery, 3 cases of secondary glaucoma were cured with trabeculeetomy, 1 case of hyphema was cured by mdeicine, 1 case with peripheral retinal detachment was cured by non-surgery method. Conclusion Medication alone can not obtain good vi- sion for traumatic lens dislocation. To choose different surgical methods acording to the position of the lens dislocation and the different complications will has a satisfactory effect.
