摘　　要：在对财务状况评价的机理和关键财务指标分析的基础上,提出了基于粗糙集的财务指标属性约简方法,设计了财务状况评价模型的构建流程和检验标准,建立了基于BP神经网络的财务状况评价模型。利用Matlab软件对146家房地产上市公司的2007-2012年财务数据进行了研究,结果表明,基于BP神经网络的财务状况评价模型可以对房地产公司的财务状况作出评价。在此基础上,结合财务危机成因提出了房地产企业防范财务危机的建议。This article analyzes the mechanism of financial evaluation and key financial indicators, proposes the screening method of financial indicators based on rough sets, designs the specific method and inspection standard of establishing the financial indicator evaluation model, and establishes the model on the basis of BP neural network. After that, this paper carries on a research on the financial data of 146 real estate listed companies from 2007 to 2012 by using Matlab. The empirical study＇ s result indicates that the financial evaluation model based on BP neural network is feasible. In addition, it provides a new valid method for financial pre - warning.
