摘　　要：通过概述去职业化概念以及我国图书馆员去职业化现状,分析总结出影响我国图书馆员去职业化的因素,为图书馆员职业化建设和发展提供理论参考。Based on the concept of deprofessionalization and the present situation of the deprofessionalization of the librarians in China, the authors of this article make an analysis and surtlmary of the various factors influencing the deprofessionalization among the librarians, which provides some theoretical references for the fellow workers concerned.
